New orders will be processed directly from our new platform. If you have older orders or need any help viewing your classroom in a Box video(s)

Here are the steps to access Classroom in a Box videos:

• Purchase one or more Classroom in a Box kits

• Create an account at checkout if you don't already have one with our store. You will be prompted to supply your email and create a password unless you have previously created an account for that email address.
  
  
• Check your email for a link to view your Classroom in a Box video(s). It should should have a subject of: Blair School of Realism: Classroom in a Box - Video link,  and it should arrive from: Blair School of Art deliveries@skypilotapp.com

• Click on the link that was emailed to you. You will be directed when to enter your password.

- Troubleshooting -

If you bought a kit and haven't received your link prior to receiving the kit in the mail: First check your SPAM or Junk folder for the email as listed above.

If you are still experiencing problems accessing your video or if it will not play please email us your name, the kit name, and your order number (if available). Also include the email address used for your account if different than the one you are writing from.

If you forgot your password. email us your name and email address (if different than the one you are writing from). We will reset it for you.

If you purchased kits prior to July of 2018. We need to update your account as the YouTube links are no longer working. Please register first if you haven't done so previously then email us your name, the kit name, and your order number (if available). Also include the email address used for your account if different than the one you are writing from. We will send you a link to create your account password if you don't already have one. After the account is confirmed, we will forward the video link via SkyPilotApp.com. If you purchased multiple kits you only need to email us once if include the info for all your kits.
